Wooden Elephant

Did they get this from Moulin Rouge or did Moulin Rouge get their ultra big elephant from them?? Well - this elephant is way cooler - it moves and blows mist from it's trunk and walks and makes noises and everything!!
So COOL! You could pay extra and take a ride on the elephant, but there wasn't much point. I think it was cooler to see it than be on it.

The coolest carousel

The next day we started walking down by the river and ended up by this awesome museum (it had been a plan the whole time - this Mechanical Museum was the whole reason we were in Nantes in the first place!!) with a AWESOME carousel outside. Ashlynn and I recognized it. We had been on it twice when we were in Belgium.  All of the animals are controlled by the person riding it.  The all go in pretty cool ways.

Nantes

After Pironi we went to Nantes - in the north west of France. There were lots of old buildings and other nice things to see. We had yummy crepes - the French delight - thin pancakes.

Cover it up!! Quick!!

After taking a 6 hour train ride, we met up with Daddy in Nantes, in the Northern part of France. We got to Novotel and went to our room.
There was a print that was very scary.
DUN DUN DAA DAAAAAAA!

A VERY CREEPY PIG!

We made Daddy put a towel on it so it couldn't watch us sleep.

The land of the very rich....

..... or very poor??
Mommy and I took a ferry from Port Grimaud to St. Tropez. We had nice seats at the very back of the boat. Coming into the port we thought that we had entered the Rich people's Port, there were GIANT yachts. Really giant. But when we got off the boat and started walking around we realized that the heart of the city wasn't as rich as the outside looked.

On the ferry - on the way there we were at the very back and on the way back we got seats at the front
